The house is situated in a small farming community, surrounded by open countryside and ancient forests, with many Burgundian attractions nearby, its position is ideal for visiting; Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain (famous as the setting for the film 'Chocolat') Alise St. Reine,(highest point in Auxois) Abbey De Fontenay (a world heritage site)Vezeley, Dijon, Beaune, and Chablis. For those of you that love the outdoors and nature, you could easily spend much of your time walking or mountain biking as the views are wonderful and wildlife abound.
